Job Description

Role Purpose

The Regulation Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring, and implementing applicable regulations and standards within the relevant industry. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance related to security, aviation, and ports and borders across processes, products, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor national and international regulatory updates und understand differences. (ECAC, ENAC, STAC, ASN, TSA, etc)
• Process owner of certification for all products for the Southern Europe & Africa market
• Coordinate the implementation of new regulations within company processes.
• Collaborate with Legal, Quality, Production, and R&D departments to ensure compliance.
• Draft and update regulatory documentation.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
• Provide internal reporting on regulatory and compliance topics for the Southern Europe & Africa market

Qualifications

Professional Skills

• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, EMA, REACH, etc.).
• Experience in managing regulatory documentation.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret legal and regulatory texts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and regulatory management software.
• Fluent in English, French, Italian (written and spoken).
• Spanish is a plus.
• About 5 years experiences industrial sector in international context
• Technical skills to understand IT, SW, and difference between technical solutions based on our portfolio.
• Able to understand customers requirements on regulation and propose the most appropriate solution
