What You’ll Be Doing : Lead and support quality investigations across global logistics operations in line with GxP standards Ensure full compliance with internal and external quality processes, working to tight timelines Act as the key liaison for your clients, hosting follow-up meetings and quarterly reviews Present investigation outcomes, KPIs, and improvement plans in a way tailored to your clients’ preferences Identify process bottlenecks and work cross-functionally to drive resolution and continuous improvement Contribute to global dashboards and quality reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy
What You’ll Bring : Proven experience working in a regulated industry (Pharma, Healthcare, Logistics, Food, Chemicals, or Cosmetics) under GMP, GDP, or GCP standards A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage quality investigations and preventative actions Strong interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with clients and internal teams alike Clear written and verbal communication, especially when producing investigation summaries and reports A passion for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving
