Promotions Manager - Roma

For client company, film production and distribution company, Eagle Pictures, we are looking for a Promotions Manager who will join a marketing group of motivated and talented Managers working in the film business.

This role will give you involvement in some exciting projects and the opportunity to work in a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic promotions and partnerships to increase product awareness;
• Develop and manage the current partners, scout new ones and create a relationship with them to enhance promotional deals;
• Establish trustworthy and strong relationship with the partners;
• Implement regular communication channels with the partners;
• Pitch innovative activation ideas to the partner;
• Monitor the KPIs related to the initiatives;
• Oversee the execution of initiatives;
• Work with the team to design and execute projects that are strategic to create a deep connection with the brand;
• Have a strong focus on product placement in local productions by leveraging on relationships with partners.

Your Profile

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes simultaneously;
• Pro-active and determined, with a strong propensity for action and results;
• Ability to transform ideas and projects in actual business opportunities;
• Analytical skills;
• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint in particular.
