Job Description

The Project Management Specialist is part of the Product Management team within the Lines Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Support fellow Project Management team members in ensuring the correct execution of projects respecting timelines costs and quality standards.
• Contribute to monitoring risks and issues promptly reporting any deviations.
• Maintain effective interaction with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure an adequate level of documentation and reporting in support of the project team.

Activities

• Assist Project Management colleagues in managing the relationship with the customer from order to final acceptance.
• Collaborate in planning project activities and coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Take part in monitoring project progress.
• Contribute to workflow analysis and propose small improvements to increase efficiency.
