What You'll Take Charge Of

  • Maximize programmatic revenue through data analysis, pricing strategies, and floor optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize yield performance across multiple AdServers, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges.
  • Analyze bid landscapes, fill rates, and CPMs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with programmatic partners and platforms (SSPs, DSPs, DMPs).
  • Provide regular reporting on revenue performance, opportunities, and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, TCF), and ad tech innovations.

What We're Looking For

  • 2/3+ years of experience in yield management, programmatic advertising, or ad operations.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, OpenRTB, header bidding).
  • Experience managing SSPs/DSPs and optimizing programmatic revenue.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
