About The Role

As a Production Project Supervisor you will work within the Operations team to plan and prepare the execution of critical production activities on Nuclear Components. You will work with Production, Metal Works and Quality Control managers to improve the preparation, the layout and work areas to minimize risk during execution. You will work using FMEA tools, Weekly schedules, Engineering and Quality documentation to assure the preparation and execution of the activities in the shop. You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located at Monfalcone (Italy) performing the role 100% on-site on a day‑shift Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 pm.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare and update the Weekly planning working with Component Delivery manager, Production manager, Metal Works manager, Engineering team and Shift Supervisor
  • Review in advance the inputs needed to complete the activities and assure they are complete participating to Readiness Reviews and Prejobs
  • Work with the Quality Department to assure all the documentation is approved and ready to be used
  • Review with Engineering and Fabrication Manager the First of A Kind activities to assure people are trained, equipment is ready and the risk mitigation activities are implemented
  • Analyze the activities performed to define improvement plans
  • Provide daily updates on the progress to the project team
  • Report and elevate eventual issues to identify owners and possible solutions
Qualifications
  • Technical degree required
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in similar role supervising and leading within a manufacturing environment or similar
  • Must have experience reading technical drawings and preparing technical briefings
  • English proficiency (B1 level)
