The Role

We are looking for a Production Manager to join on a project-basis the Special Projects division, which focuses on high-profile Ceremonies and Destination Experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled and reliable professional with proven experience in managing complex productions from concept to execution, often in fast-paced, international environments.

Working closely with Creative, Technical, and Project Management teams, the Production Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of large-scale events and shows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the production workflow of complex projects, from pre-production to final delivery and dismantling.
• Develop, monitor, and manage production schedules, workflows, and budgets.
• Coordinate suppliers, vendors, logistics, transportation, permits, and production contracts.
• Work alongside Creative Directors and Technical teams to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation of creative concepts.
• Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to safety protocols.
• Act as a central point of contact for all production-related matters across internal and external stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and resolve challenges proactively in high-pressure, time-sensitive contexts.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role in large-scale live events, ceremonies, shows, or public celebrations.
• Strong experience working in international environments and multicultural teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English (C1+); knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
• Availability for international travel and flexibility in working hours when required by project timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), project scheduling tools, and presentation software (Keynote or PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of production planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations.
• Experience with governmental, institutional or high-protocol projects is a strong asset.
