This role was deeply involved in product strategy and execution, from initial concept to market launch and lifecycle management. Key responsibilities included defining market requirements with a focus on customer benefits, developing go-to-market plans and content, and ensuring product maintenance. The individual also analyzed market trends, conducted competitive analyses, and fostered cross-functional collaboration to discuss product performance and profitability while maintaining an overall responsibility for product value and compliance.

Your Impact
  • Participation in the creation of the product roadmap / product strategy and introduction of internationally harmonized market requirements for the product as part of the development process with a strong focus on agronomic customer benefits, including technical specifications, quality standards, price positioning, strategic margin planning & target costs.
  • Planning and ensuring the market launch of new products (go-to-market) and content creation in the area of customer value argumentation in Censhare (e.g. customer value proposition, argumentation and change matrix, technical data, review and support in the creation of B2B and B2C materials).
  • Identification of product maintenance requirements within the life cycle and ensuring they are met, and monitoring market developments, carrying out competitive analyses as well as ensuring and developing the customer value proposition.
  • Supporting a cross-functional exchange in terms of competitiveness, quality, market share and profitability. Participation/contribution of content to all necessary, including international product committees, e.g.: PMT, complaints meetings, OPC meetings, business review meetings and similar.
  • Developing an overall sense of responsibility for the defined product value stream. Consideration of all workplace-specific requirements for quality, occupational health and safety, fire protection and environment/energy, in particular the specifications from the integrated management system (IMS).
Your Experience And Qualifications
  • Educational & Technical Background: Completed subject-related studies from a university or university of applied sciences, or equivalent training. Possesses a detailed agricultural background and strong product knowledge, with enthusiasm for agricultural technology and agriculture.
  • Presentation & Communication Skills: Skilled in modern presentation techniques, with strong communication abilities and assertiveness. Demonstrates a project-oriented and analytical approach to work.
  • Digital Proficiency & Language Skills: Very good command of MS Office. Excellent English language skills are required, and proficiency in another foreign language is considered an advantage.
  • International Exposure & Mobility: Experience abroad is desirable. A willingness to travel is essential for the role.
  • Additional Qualifications: Possession of driving license classes CE and T is desirable.
