A leading provider of enterprise cloud applications is seeking a Principal Engagement Manager to join their Deployment Success Management team. The role involves expertise in HCM or Financials, managing mid-to-large deployments, and providing guidance to partners. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in project management, implementing systems like Workday or SAP, and is fluent in English plus another language. This position offers a hybrid work model in Milan, Italy.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in project management with HCM, payroll, financial, or student implementations.
• Experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or Spanish.

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and/or Financials product suite.
• Collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide guidance to partner and client resources during customer concerns.
• Manage multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
