The role involves participating in team meetings, managing equipment according to procedural standards, and troubleshooting technical issues. Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in blueprint reading, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members. Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels and job requirement. Participate in failure investigations when relevant. Proficient/Advanced Blueprint reading. Proficient computer skills including Outlook email/teams, internet navigation, and basic troubleshooting skills (submitting IT tickets). Minimum 2 years of Press Brake experience, including the ability to move, set, and bend metal based on the material. CNC controls experience which includes setting up the program related to the blueprint in the system. Ability to communicate with management and coworkers in a clear and professional manner.
