Manage Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects in collaboration with the HSE Manager; Ability to operate effectively in entrepreneurial environments with a high level of autonomy and attention to detail.

Produce the full clause by clause identifying all non-compliance and potential mitigation proposals (Alstom qualifications) by integration of the elements received from all contributors (Bid Manager, Sector).
