In order to harmonize project management framework, tools, processes and skills throughout the High Voltage Products organization the Project Management Leader Position is created within its Operations and HSE function.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establishes, maintains, and improves Project Management Framework to ensure efficient and effective processes as well as best practices.

• Define and set-up Project Management Control processes

• Define skills and skill gaps.

• Global Project management tools and performance indicators

Your Background:

• First and foremost, your personal qualities are vital for success! You have great leadership skills, never doubt acting and continuously seek knowledge and answers.

• Higher education in engineering/technical.

• PMP certification

• Strong communication skills

• Experience and exposure to technical projects in the Industry

• Required good communication skills and a team player.

• Fluencyin English, both written and spoken

• Be able to work in a global environment
