About the role: We are looking for hands-on, passionate engineers to join our team in building and improving software systems from the ground up. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing tools and platforms that deliver exceptional user experiences and make a meaningful impact on the environment.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and fault-tolerant systems
• Continuously enhance code quality, product performance, and customer satisfaction
• Refactor applications to maintain high performance and maintainability
• Collaborate effectively with distributed, international teams
• Participate in pair programming, sharing best practices and design principles across the team
• Write high-quality code daily, with a focus on reliability through automated testing

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
• Strong experience with Vue.Js
• Solid understanding of relational databases
• Familiarity with monolithic and distributed architectures, Linux fundamentals, container technologies, internet protocols, and load balancing
• Experience building production-ready distributed systems and RESTful services
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for inclusive teamwork

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with Node.Js, Angular, and NestJS or Express.Js
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., GitLab CI)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong troubleshooting skills, especially related to networking and security
