Role Overview

We are searching for an ICT Oracle EPM Manager to contribute to the digital transformation of our company. The role, reporting to the ICT Director Finance, Treasury, Legal, Internal Audit & ESG, will be responsible for:

• Lead the evolution of the Oracle EPM Cloud platform, leveraging Oracle's updates to improve processes and system performance.
• Translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions, ensuring architectural consistency and long‑term sustainability.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Coordinate external vendors, ensuring quality, compliance with standards, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Optimize existing solutions with a focus on efficiency, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with corporate standards.
• Support change management and user enablement, promoting adoption through training and communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in leading Oracle EPM Cloud solutions projects, with a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

Technical Expertise

• Deep knowledge of Oracle EPM modules (e.g., Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management).
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud architecture and release cycles.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies such as REST APIs, data management, and Smart View.
• Project Management: Ability to lead application lifecycle activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving capabilities and ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
• Quality & Governance: Experience in monitoring supplier performance and ensuring compliance with corporate standards and project timelines.
• Proactivity & Innovation: Ability to anticipate business needs and propose innovative solutions leveraging the evolving capabilities of Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Fluent in English.
