As a Store Manager and a valued member of the Chieti team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

  • As a leader within Sephora Italy the worlds most beloved Beauty Community you will :
  • Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
  • Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions events new product launches CRM campaigns).
  • Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies operating costs personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
  • Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic average transaction value units per transaction etc.).
  • Manage the stockroom maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
  • Implement company procedures (regulations safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing promotions communication) established by central departments.
  • As the leader of your store you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers) managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
  • Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
  • Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
  • Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management analysis and daily reporting.
  • Agility dynamism and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.
