A leading IT consulting firm in Milano seeks a Middle / Senior Atlassian Cloud Consultant to design, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud environments like Jira and Confluence. The ideal candidate has proven experience in similar roles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and fluency in English. This position offers 100% remote work, with the potential for further collaboration across international teams and is geared towards enhancing client project management and collaboration processes.

Open Position: Middle / Senior Atlassian Cloud Consultant

To strengthen our international team, we are seeking a Middle / Senior Atlassian Cloud Consultant. In this role, you will support our clients in designing, configuring, and optimizing their Atlassian Cloud environments (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and more), helping them improve collaboration, project management, and delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement ;
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement solutions ;
• Assist in configuring and optimizing Atlassian Cloud tools ;
• Support clients in adopting best practices and improving workflow efficiency ;
• Provide guidance and support throughout project delivery and tool usage .

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Atlassian Cloud Consultant or in a similar role;
• Experience with Atlassian Cloud solutions, including core tools for project management, collaboration, and service management (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket);
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills ;
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian best practices ;
• Fluency in English .

Nice to have : German language skills.

Work mode : 100% remote.
