A leading manufacturing company in Concesio is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage personnel administration for its Italian companies. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in payroll processing, solid knowledge of labor agreements, and proficiency in HR software. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within professional firms.
• Knowledge of national collective labor agreements, particularly for Metalworkers and Commerce.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Track attendance and manage daily time.
• Process payroll and calculate social contributions.

Metal Work S.p.A. - Concesio - Payroll Specialist - Rif.: MW092025

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team, with responsibilities focused on personnel administration for the Group’s Italian companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance tracking and daily time management;
• Payroll processing and social contribution calculations;
• Periodic filings (Uniemens, F24) and annual obligations (CU, 770, 730, INAIL self-assessment);
• Communication and liaison with public bodies and authorities (Employment Office, INPS, INAIL, Italian Revenue Agency);
• Management of personnel-related administrative procedures;
• Employee support for payroll-related questions and clarifications;
• Preparation of regular reports for personnel cost monitoring and analysis.

Requirements

• Diploma in a technical/administrative field (a higher degree will be considered a plus);
• Solid experience (at least 5 years) in a similar role within professional firms and/or structured companies;
• Knowledge of the main national collective labor agreements (particularly Metalworkers and Commerce);
• Proficiency in HR and payroll management software (experience with Infinity Zucchetti will be considered a strong advantage);
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Motivation, discretion, and a quality-oriented mindset.

Organizational Placement

The role reports to the Head of Personnel Administration and will work closely with the HR Director.
