Il candidato ideale gestirà la pianificazione e il monitoraggio della produzione, collaborando con vari dipartimenti. È necessaria esperienza nel settore e un diploma tecnico. Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato con orario full time.

Job Summary

Il Mechanical Production Coordinator svolge un ruolo cruciale nel reparto Officina Meccanica, coordinando attività e risorse per garantire che i progetti siano completati nei tempi e nei budget previsti. Questa figura professionale gestisce la pianificazione delle risorse, il monitoraggio dell’avanzamento dei lavori e la risoluzione dei problemi che possono sorgere durante la produzione dei reparti di lavorazione meccanica (Curvatura, Fresatura e Saldatura). Inoltre, il Mechanical Production Coordinator collabora strettamente con vari dipartimenti, per assicurare una comunicazione efficace e una gestione ottimale delle operazioni.

The Mechanical Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in the production dept, coordinating activities and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This professional manages resource planning, monitors work progress and resolves any issues that may arise during production. In addition, the Production Coordinator works closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and optimal management of operations.

Tasks

• Pianificazione e organizzazione delle risorse del reparto produzione officina meccanica (303‑1) in relazione ai flussi produttivi;
• Monitora il raggiungimento degli obiettivi soddisfacendo criteri di qualità, costi e tempi definiti;
• Coordinamento delle risorse, curandone la formazione e lo sviluppo;
• Monitoraggio delle attività di produzione e garantisce il rispetto dei programmi di produzione dei reparti (curvatura, fresatura e saldatura), in collaborazione con l’ufficio planning e supply chain;
• Coordinamento dei FLL e dell’organizzazione dei reparti officina, analisi della capacità produttiva ed ottimizzazione delle risorse;
• Collaborazione con altri department per le attività strettamente collegate alla produzione (approvvigionamento, logistica etc.. );
• In collaborazione con il GM, organizza il layout del sito produttivo (303‑1), compresi i flussi dei materiali e il corretto asservimento delle linee

ENGLISH

• Planning and organising mechanical production department resources in relation to production flows;
• Monitoring the achievement of objectives by meeting defined quality, cost and time standards;
• Coordination of resources, taking care of their training and development;
• Monitoring production activities and ensuring that departmental production schedules for Bending, Milling and Welding, are adhered to, in cooperation with the planning and supply chain department;
• Coordination of FLL and departmental organisation, analysis of production capacity and optimisation of resources;
• Cooperation with other departments for activities closely linked to production (procurement, logistics, etc.);
• In collaboration with the GM, organising the layout of the production site (303‑1), including material flows and the correct handling of lines

Requirements

• Esperienza come Coordinatore di Produzione, Capoturno o simili
• Ottima esperienza come fresatore, operatore specializzato macchine utensili
• Diploma tecnico o Laurea specialistica (o equivalente) in ingegneria gestionale o settore affine
• Abile comprensione dei processi di produzione, delle attrezzature e delle tecnologie utilizzate
• Capacità di gestire in modo efficiente le risorse e materiali, per migliorare l’efficienza e ridurre i costi
• Buone capacità di comunicazione e collaborazione
• Abilità di guidare e motivare il team di produzione

ENGLISH

• Experience as a Production Coordinator, Shift supervisor or similar
• excellent experience as a milling machine operator
• Technical diploma or Master's degree (or equivalent) in management engineering or related field
