A leading multinational company is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to grow its presence in North-West Africa & Turkey. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in engineering, over 10 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English, Arabic, and French. Responsibilities include leading sales activities, managing a regional team, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive results. This role requires up to 75% travel.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar Area Manager role.
• Proven track record in sales management within the MEA region.
• Proven track record in handling distributors, retailers, contractors.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate sales activity within the assigned region.
• Manage and support a regional sales team.
• Achieve assigned targets on the back of AOP.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity.
• Collaborate in defining the market strategy within a matrix organization.
• Drive strategic account planning and manage negotiations.
• Maintain regular contact with key customers and distributors.
