Purpose of the Job

Assurance on time delivery by delivery schedules, suppliers solicitation, deliveries purchase management.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure and enhance material planning/procurement.
2. Supplier capacity check (time/quantity/monitoring).
3. Tangible supplier auditing.
4. Delivery planning according to MRP/manufacturing scheduling.
5. Start, verify, validate & end the delivering process.
6. Verify MRP parameters.
7. Missing part management.
8. Manage all material and information flows in the unit and with external suppliers (from receiving material to trainsets/equipment deliveries).
