Un hotel di lusso cerca un Maitre per unirsi al team di Villa Beatrice. La figura dovrà gestire le esigenze degli ospiti, cooperare con il Villa Manager, e mantenere relazioni professionali con personale e clienti. Sono richiesti 3 anni di esperienza nel settore e la padronanza di inglese e italiano. Offriamo un contratto stagionale con uno stipendio mensile di 2200€ e benefit come vitto e alloggio.

Competenze

• Minimo 3 anni di esperienza nel settore alberghiero di lusso.
• Fluente in inglese e italiano; una terza lingua è preferibile.
• Conoscenza professionale della cucina italiana e dei vini italiani 3 internazionali.

• Anticipare le esigenze degli ospiti e gestire i reclami per un'esperienza personalizzata.
• Cooperare con il Villa Manager per lo sviluppo del personale.

For Season 2026, we are looking for a Maitre to join our Villa Beatrice team.

He / She will reports a Villa Manager.

Main Duties & Responsabilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints, providing an excellent and personalized guest experience in line with our service standards;
• Anticipate guests needs and handle guest complaints;
• Cooperate with the Villa Manager for staff development;
• Manage staff in everyday operations according to our standard and procedures;
• Maintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• Effective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability;
• Collaboration: be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others;
• Drive results: set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them;
• Global perspective: treat one another with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
• Be capable of advising on best selling prices and review regularly according to the Restaurant Manager’s instructions;

Other requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in the luxury hotel industry;
• Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is desirable;
• Experience preferably at an international level in a fine dining restaurant required;
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Professional knowledge of Italian cuisine and Italian & International wines HACCP certification;

• We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 3, Maitre;
• Start date: April / May 2026 to End date: November 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;
• Monthly gross salary 2.200€ + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
• Accomodation including breakfast;
