As Legal Counsel Sales EMEA , you will act as a trusted legal partner to the EMEA Sales organizations, supporting sustainable business growth while managing legal, compliance, and governance risks. Through practical legal advice, proactive risk management, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsels, you help safeguard the company’s interests across diverse markets and business activities.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted, business-focused legal partner to the EMEA Sales organization, providing pragmatic advice across commercial, distribution, marketing, advertising, and sales-related matters to support revenue growth.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including distribution, sales, and marketing contracts, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.

  • Provide clear, solution-oriented legal guidance on regulatory, compliance, and governance topics, helping the business assess and manage risk in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

  • Support selected claims, litigation, and investigations in EMEA, coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders and managing external counsel in line with business priorities and budgets.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate policies (e.g. Business Conduct, Anti-Bribery, competition law), and support the resolution of non-compliance issues in close alignment with senior legal leadership.

  • Experience designing and delivering practical legal training for commercial teams, translating legal requirements into clear, business-relevant guidance.

  • Active contribution to an in-house legal function beyond day-to-day advisory work, including participation in legal practice groups, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and cross-regional collaboration.

What You’ll Bring
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in commercial, civil, or corporate law, ideally within a multinational or EMEA environment.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and regulatory frameworks applicable to commercial and sales activities.
  • Proven ability to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal advice and risk-mitigation solutions.
  • Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements across sales, distribution, and marketing.
  • Ability to manage external counsel and collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication in English, stakeholder management, and training skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and autonomous mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
