We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed Client, an HIGH LUXURY BRAND , a LEARNING MANAGER to join their team in their flagship store in Milan :

LEARNING MANAGER IN STORE / HIGH LUXURY BRAND / MILAN

Key Responsibilities :

Design and deliver impactful training sessions for teams and new hires.

Adapt learning content to boutique needs, using field observations and team feedback.

Build and manage the annual training calendar across the boutique.

Lead onboarding programs and support specialists in co-facilitating training moments.

Coach teams on the floor and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Develop KPIs and produce regular qualitative and quantitative training reports.

Support the creation of individual development plans focused on client experience.

Coordinate Boutique Training Ambassadors and contribute to strategic meetings and Train-the-Trainer sessions.

Promote and integrate digital learning tools within the boutique.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Luxury Retail, ideally in training or people development.

Coaching experience or a strong coaching-oriented approach.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Team player with a multicultural mindset and passion for elevating the client journey.

Fluency in English and strong confidence with digital tools.
