Your impact

As a Lead Consultant, you will advise our public sector clients such as ministries, churches, hospitals and social insurance organisations and develop innovative and customised solutions for and with our clients.

What the role offers 

• Designing complex government architectures based on our OpenText software on various platforms or in the cloud
• Providing specialist advice to our customers at all stages of digitalisation and on authority-specific specialist topics
• Creation of rollout scenarios and implementation plans
• Definition of functional enhancements, customisations, testing and documentation

What you need to succeed

• Completed studies in computer science or a computer science-related field
• Several years of professional experience in the public sector and enthusiasm for consulting 
• Expertise in one or more technologies is required: SQL, client-server, web, operating systems (Windows, Linux), databases (Oracle, SQL Server), cloud environments (e.g. Azure, Kubernetes)
• Programming skills e.g. Visual Basic, Java (Script), C#, .Net, HTML, Python, etc. are advantageous 
• You are willing to travel to be able to advise our customers on-site
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
