General Responsibilities

• Providing advice to businesses at all stages of the tax life cycle (national level).
• Delivering tax consultancy on direct taxes (IRES / IRAP).
• Supporting extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers demergers transfers and disposals of companies transfers / exchanges of shares etc.).
• Assisting with tax optimization in domestic corporate reorganizations and advising on Italian tax issues.
• Preparing tax return templates and supporting compliance processes.
• Supporting audit colleagues with tax area reviews.
• Assisting with tax issues related to the internationalization process of companies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics.
• Solid knowledge of Tax Law.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional requirements for Senior level :

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate tax advisory or related roles.
• Proven ability to manage corporate tax projects such as reorganizations direct tax compliance or extraordinary transactions.
