RINA is currently recruiting for a Italy Management System Certification Planner to join its office in Milano, Venezia or Firenze, Italy within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division.

Mission

The role of a Management System Certification Planner is focused on managing and planning certification audits.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with auditors, clients, and internal teams to define audit dates, scopes, and logistical details.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely execution of audits.
  • Managing and contributing to development of existing and new planning tools and systems to track audit status and resource availability.
  • Develop and maintain the audit calendar, ensuring optimal allocation of auditors and resources across certification schemes.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts or resource constraints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking related to audit planning performance and capacity utilization.
  • Collaborate with other Certification Operations and Commercial teams / functions to align planning with contractual commitments and client expectations.
Education

High School Diploma / GED
Bachelor’s Degree in Other

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in audit's planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken
