About the Role

Join a global logistics project supporting one of the worlds most recognized delivery companies.

You will relocate to Greece, complete onboarding and training, and after that you will work fully remote from anywhere in Greece.

This makes it a perfect opportunity for candidates seeking both international experience and work-from-home flexibility.

What You Will Do
  • Support Italian customers via phone, email & chat
  • Provide shipment tracking, delivery updates & troubleshooting

Requirements
  • Fluent Italian (C1 / C2)
  • Good English (B1 / B2)
  • Ability to work remotely after onboarding
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • EU passport or valid Greek work permit
Salary & Benefits
  • Gross Salary: 1,100€ gross / month
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 15% (KPI & productivity based)
  • Salary Increase: After 36 months 1,150€ gross / month
Relocation Package (EU candidates)

Relocation is required before starting remote work.

After that, 100% remote (WAHA) from anywhere in Greece

Full-time, long-term contract

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Rotational shifts 08:00 / 21:00
