An international recruitment agency is looking for a motivated Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor to join a remote team supporting customers in Lisbon. This role involves managing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be fluent in Italian (C2) and English (B2). Relocation support is provided including a signing bonus and assistance with accommodation.
