We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Italian-speaking Customer Care Advisor in Lisbon. As a Customer Advisor Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Italian-speaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via e-mail/phone calls.

Location

Lisbon, Portugal

Work Model

On-site (Must be in Portugal or relocate)

Relocation Support
  • Reloation assistance (flight reimbursement)
  • Option to have accommodation included for cheap
  • May also include between €1.000 and €2.000 signing bonus (depending on project and starting date)
