We are seeking passionate, enthusiastic, and service-driven Italian-speaking Customer Advisors to join our international customer care team in Lisbon. Core Responsibilities

In this position, your main duties will include:

• Providing guidance and troubleshooting for home appliance-related issues.

• Coordinating with different departments to resolve more complex inquiries effectively.

• Continuously updating product knowledge to ensure the highest quality of service.
