A leading IT infrastructure service provider is seeking an IT Technician in Mogliano Veneto. The role involves providing desktop and end-user support, managing installations and troubleshooting, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Candidates should have over a year of Level 2 support experience in enterprise environments and strong English and Italian language skills. This is a full-time position with a fixed-term contract, fully onsite.

Your skills

• 1+ years Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies
• Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support)
• Familiar with ticketing system
• Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
• Good English and Italian language skills

Your tasks

• Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies
• Directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users: setting up PC workplaces, installations, migrations and rollouts
• User administration via Active Directory
• Support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
• Deal with stock / asset management
• Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
• Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
• Exit users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach

Location: Mogliano Veneto (Treviso - fully onsite) | Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent)
