We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support our global business, drive value, and foster growth.

How You Will Make Impact

• Project management: Team management in multiple time zones, planning, scope set-up, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and use of agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools
• Project delivery: Drive on‑time and on‑budget delivery of projects from Initiate to Close
• Stakeholder management: Facilitate internal and supplier meetings, proactive stakeholder management, and engagement on individual needs
• Change management: Manage project scope and identify needs for and develop change orders
• Project communication: Determine communication plans
• Risk & escalation management: Identify and manage risks and issues, including escalations
• Project governance & compliance: Ensure adherence to Hitachi Energy delivery methodology, including project controls

Your Background

• Experience and knowledge area: Minimum 5+ years of professional working experience in IT Project Management (Software or Electrical Engineering background will be plus), highly proficient in project methodologies, including project financials, and management principles, comprehensive understanding of business processes in at least one of the following domains: Service, Electrical or Software Engineering, proven experience in a similar role
• Communication & language skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, English on minimum B2 business level
• Soft skills: Strong relationship, facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills, highly organized with attention to detail
• Leadership and project management skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple concurrent projects, and assess and mitigate risk
• Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and/or V4 (certification will be an advantage)
