Industrial & Logistics Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the client portfolio through scouting, networking, and the consolidation of existing relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities in the industrial, logistics, and data center markets through market analysis and proactive client engagement.
- Manage the full brokerage process, from service presentation to negotiation and transaction completion.
- Prepare commercial proposals and contractual documentation aimed at securing exclusive marketing mandates.
- Produce reports and presentation materials for clients and investors, both in Italian and English.
- Coordinate property inspections and act as a point of contact for landlords, developers, and tenants.
- Collaborate with the Research team to gather and analyze market data and support the preparation of sector reports.
- Participate in sector events and marketing initiatives to strengthen the positioning of both the brand and the team.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Real Estate market, a focus on the industrial and logistics sector is preferred.
- Client focused and results driven mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently manage projects.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Real Estate market and key trends in the industrial, logistics, and data center sectors.
- Proactivity, determination and flexibility, with an aptitude for working in dynamic environments.
Qualifications and Additional Requirements
- Expert in IT tools (MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, data management platforms).
- Real Estate Agent License preferred, but not essential at entry.
- Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
- University degree and/or specialization in fields related to Real Estate market.
