A luxury fashion house in Ferrara is seeking an Industrial Controller to manage financial operations, prepare budgets, and analyze production performance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, 3-5 years of management control experience, and excellent IT skills, including Excel and SAP. A passion for artisanal crafts and fluency in English are essential for this role.

INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER

The Industrial Controller will report to the Management Control Manager within the Administration, Finance & Control Department and will handle industrial management control operations, the creation and preparation of key operational indicators, and their sharing with the company's production activity managers.

MISSION

• contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• closing activities of the income statement and variance analysis
• cost control and calculation of transfer prices
• monitoring production performance and developing KPIs
• analysis and control of stock levels and inventory planning
• prevention and recovery of slow-moving items
• monthly analyses preparatory for the preparation of reports
• participation in the internal control activities of the LVMH Group
• ad hoc analyses and specific focuses for General Management and/or Finance

PROFILE

• Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines
• previous experience of at least 3/5 years in management control, preferably gained in an industrial context
• initiative in discovering solutions and improvement actions
• analytical, synthesis and numerical/logical skills
• curiosity for artisanal crafts and sensitivity to the Fashion sector
• excellent IT skills (Excel and SAP)
• fluent knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus
