What you’ll be doing

As an HR specialist , you will be the first point of contact for HR topics in Italy, supporting the HR function and aligning local HR activities with business objectives.

You will be contributing to that vision by…

• Assisting in the implementation of employment guidelines and procedures.
• Conducting reporting and statistics related to HR activities.
• Supporting constructive cooperation with local unions.
• Ensuring proper adherence to statutory provisions and labor regulations.
• Supporting employees throughout their journey, from onboarding to exit.
• Assisting in national recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing and interviews.
• Supporting HR Matrix functions in implementing regional HR processes and personnel development initiatives.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Completed studies in Human Resource Management or a similar field.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources or recruitment, ideally with an international component.
• Solid understanding of local labor law, social security, and unions.
• A combination of a hands-on mentality and a strategic approach.
• Strong judgment skills and an engaging communication style.
• A results-oriented and structured approach to work.
• High flexibility, motivation, and a personable character.
• Willingness to travel within Italy.
• Very good skills in Italian and English.
