If you’re an experienced HR leader with strong labor law knowledge, union handling expertise, and the ability to influence at senior levels, this is a high-impact role supporting a global organization’s people strategy in Italy.

You’ll act as the trusted HR partner for the Country Leader and Leadership Team, advising on organizational design, employment relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and change management.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure full compliance with all Italian legislative and labor requirements.
  • Drive and implement organizational changes with procedural accuracy and alignment.
  • Manage employment relations issues and partner closely with local unions/union reps.
  • Collaborate with the Employment Legal team to assess and mitigate HR risks.
  • Serve as custodian of in‑country HR policies and procedures.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, COEs, and HR operations teams to deliver the Italy HR plan.
  • Support country leadership on HR strategy, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Ensure all teams operate in line with the company’s culture and code of conduct.
What You Bring
  • 7+ years as an HRBP or HR leader in global, matrixed organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience negotiating with unions and managing collective matters.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment law, and compliance frameworks.
