A global energy and industrial group in Italy seeks an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental activities across projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with European and Italian regulations, lead training initiatives, monitor HSE KPIs, and drive a strong safety culture. An intensive background in HSE management in large industrial settings is required, along with fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• 5+ years' HSE management experience in large industrial, EPC, or energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of Italian and European HSE legislation.
• Experience with ISO standards and permitting.

Mansioni

• Lead the preparation and implementation of project HSE plans.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and submit monthly reports.
• Provide training and coaching to site teams and contractors.
