Responsibilities
  • Management of aspects related to Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), with a particular focus on safety.
  • Support in drafting/updating the documentation of the health and safety system in collaboration with the Competent Doctor and the Employer (DVR, DUVRI, specific risk assessment, emergency plans, procedures, operating instructions).
  • Management of improvement projects related to safety, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
  • Monitor compliance with legal conditions regarding the environment and safety, also through specific audits.
Requirements
  • Degree in Environmental Engineering, Workplace Safety, Prevention Techniques in the Environment and in the Workplace or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices relating to workplace safety.
  • Ability to analyze and assess risks, with experience in drafting DVRs.
  • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for teamwork.
