What will you do?
  • In constant partnership with his / her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies.
  • Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges
  • Manages the People aspect of the SPS (Talent, Performance & Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion)
  • Coordinates, with the site leader, the resources / business needs within the framework of the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of change management processes
  • Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values;
  • Contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values)
  • Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level
  • Manage labour relations and legal aspects for the entity
  • Contribute to occupational health
  • Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • 1-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist
  • Bachelor or master's degree
  • You will be a self starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environments
  • Ability in partnering with line and unit managers
  • Customer orientation, ability to lead and influence change and to drive organizational effectiveness is priority
  • You must have an excellent level of Italian and English
