We are looking for a dynamic HR & General Affairs Expert to join our HR team!

In this role, you will ensure smooth HR operations, support employees, and manage key office services. From HR administration and payroll to internal communications, travel, and supplier management, you will play a central role in keeping our organization running efficiently.

🟦 What you will do?

You will develop an all-round profile, being involved in all HR processes, from recruiting to training, to cost controlling and Policy & Procedure review.

🟦 These will be your main areas of expertise :
  • HR Administration & Payroll – Manage employee data, supervise attendance systems, prepare monthly payroll inputs, and keep HR dashboards up to date.
  • Employee Lifecycle – Support onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Internal Communication – Draft and distribute key organizational and regulatory updates.
  • Travel & Mobility – Oversee platforms, monitor KPIs, optimize budgets, and coordinate business trips.
  • Health, Safety & Training – Ensure compliance with H&S regulations, organize medical checks, and track mandatory training completion.
  • Company Fleet Management – Plan acquisitions, monitor usage and costs, and manage maintenance.
  • Expat Support – Provide administrative assistance to expatriate employees.
  • Office & General Affairs – Manage office services (access badges, parking, supplies), supervise contracts and suppliers, and ensure timely processing of invoices.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • English : fluent in speaking and writing
  • Italian : native speaker
