We’re looking for a HR Admin, to reinforce the team in our Italy office!

Main Responsibilities

As an HR - Admin for Italy and the Czech Republic, you will support the HR team in all administrative activities and serve as an interface between various business units and employees.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Administrative support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (drafting contracts, data management, onboarding, L&D documents, etc.)
  • Support in Payroll and Time & Attendance activities (payroll review, assistance with attendance closure, support in managing the T&A platform, etc.)
  • Providing support to employees on all HR-related matters
  • Assisting in the management of internal documentation, preparation, issuance, and completion of company documents
  • Ensuring compliance with HR processes in accordance with Italian and Czech labor legislation and Serco company guidelines
  • Supporting the input and updating of data in internal HR systems
  • Assisting with regular reporting and data monitoring : ad hoc reports, turnover, sick leave, attrition rates, promotions, etc.
  • Supporting Employer Branding initiatives
  • Contributing to employee well-being initiatives

Successful Candidate

We are looking for someone who has :

  • A degree in Law, Political Science, Economics or Humanities
  • Excellent command of MS Office
  • A communicative yet discreet and confidential personality
  • Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the field
