What We Are Looking For

The company is seeking a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform. Key responsibilities include:

1. Team management of Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE).
2. Defining and managing the local road map:

• Ensuring project alignment with business goals and proper prioritization.
• Managing dependencies between projects and daily activities.
• Overseeing projects from kick-off to closure, including documentation and meetings scheduling.
• Monthly reporting.
• Implementing and maintaining an effective project governance framework.
• Leading SAP implementation across Italian legal entities.
• Aligning with Group functions such as PMO, IT, and Post Merger Integration.

Hard Skills

• University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years as a Project/Program Manager.
• Preferably, at least 5 years in consulting firms in project management roles.
