Head of CRM
You will streamline CRM infrastructure across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of CRM systems ( HubSpot ), from implementation and governance to training and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment: Develop and lead CRM strategy to align with corporate and departmental objectives, ensuring seamless automation and data flow.
- Full CRM Administration Oversight: Manage system configuration, user permissions, data hygiene, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Analytics & Performance Leadership: Build dashboards, monitor CRM health (data quality, segmentation), and optimize performance through insights.
- People Leadership & Organizational Development: Grow and guide the CRM operations team, refine processes, and elevate cross-functional collaboration and efficiency.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or higher in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in CRM or marketing operations leadership, ideally with full experience in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, Service Hubs).
- Technical Proficiency: HubSpot Certified; adept in marketing automation, data segmentation, and CRM analytics.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, operationally disciplined, collaborative.
- Language: Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication. Additional proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
