About the Role

The Head of People & Talent will shape the future of talent acquisition and development across our European offices, turning traditional HR into a human experience design function.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead People, New Talent & strategy across European hubs
  • Attract and retain top-tier talent in luxury, hospitality, management and travel sectors
  • Elevate employer brand and maintain partnerships with universities (EHL, Glion, Les Roches) for elite and emerging graduate talent
  • Champion a high‑performance, inclusive, and emotionally intelligent culture
  • Partner with C‑Level leaders to align people vision with company growth
  • Lead HR operations, compliance, and people analytics with luxury precision
  • Oversee HR systems, contracts, and analytics
Qualifications
  • Experienced in leading people functions within hospitality, travel or luxury environments
  • Proficient user of LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Mac user comfortable with common office applications
  • Excellent communicator in English (Level C1); French or Spanish a plus
  • Deep commitment to emotional intelligence, talent development and cultural fit
  • Trusted partner to leadership with strong business and interpersonal acumen
