This role requires experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be naturally elegant and guest-oriented, welcoming guests confidently while managing reservations and ensuring an organized reception. Fluency in English is mandatory, and a proactive mindset is desired.

About the Role

We are looking for a Head Hostess / Head Host who will set the tone from the moment guests arrive. As the first point of contact for our opening at Corinthia Rome with Carlo Cracco, you will embody elegance, warmth, and impeccable communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating
• Welcome guests with confidence and grace
• Maintain an organized, luxury‑standard reception
• Coordinate with FOH to ensure smooth transitions
• Communicate timings and expectations with clarity

• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English is mandatory; Symphony is a plus
