Job Description

Discover Your Next Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Head Bartender, with experience and a passion for hospitality, to join us for the 2026 season. You will be responsible for overseeing the bar and the beverage experiences offered to our guests, ensuring excellent service, coordinating the team, and contributing to the creation of a high‑quality drink selection aligned with the values of Borgo Pignano and Relais & Châteaux.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create and update the cocktail list, ensuring it is innovative and consistent with the resort’s identity.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages with care and professionalism.
  • Anticipate and meet guests’ needs with attention and courtesy.
  • Supervise and coordinate the bar staff, motivating them to maintain the high service standards of Relais & Châteaux and Borgo Pignano.
  • Manage bar supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with aesthetic, hospitality, and workplace safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to ensure a seamless, high‑quality experience.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in the same role within luxury environments (4*/5* hotels, restaurants, or bars).
  • Excellent knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage trends.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and collaborative leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and guest‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent personal presentation and professionalism.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
  • Driver’s license and personal vehicle.
  • Respect for nature and for the brand’s sustainability values.
  • HACCP and workplace safety certifications (preferred).
  • EU passport.
