As the Global Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager for Process Automation you will serve as a strategic partner to sector HR and business leadership driving talent acquisition excellence across the sector. You will lead a team of TA Advisors manage senior-level recruitment and ensure alignment with global TA strategies and KPIs. This role combines hands-on recruitment with strategic workforce planning vendor management and team leadership to deliver high impact hiring outcomes.
The preference is for this role to be based in Milan Italy but can be fully remote within Italy if necessary.
