As Innovation Director you will lead the full innovation lifecycle from white-space ideation to product launch, ensuring every new concept aligns with real consumer insights and delivers strong commercial results.

Role Highlights
  • Drive the development of new products from concept to launch, grounded in data, insight and storytelling.
  • Create clear project briefs defining design, pricing, packaging, and commercial metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, design, and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Own and manage project budgets and P&L, ensuring scalability and profitability.
  • Present proposals and progress updates to the Board, influencing future innovation strategy.
You Will Need
  • Proven success leading end-to-end innovation within FMCG in the food industry.
  • Expertise in shaping white-space opportunities, not just managing NPD timelines.
  • Financial acumen and confidence in building and presenting P&Ls.
  • Creative, strategic mindset with excellent organisational and influencing skills.
  • Experience collaborating across global teams and managing multiple high-impact projects.
