The Opportunity

Global Business Development and Marketing Manager to lead our GPG Grid Components. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and market presence of our products on a global scale. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, marketing strategies, and sales team competence development.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business development and marketing strategies to achieve global growth targets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers to drive business growth.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop training programs and resources that enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Competence Development: Lead initiatives to continuously improve the competence and performance of the sales team through targeted training and development programs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development and marketing efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development and marketing activities and outcomes.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of driving business growth and successful marketing campaigns. Experience in the utilities sector is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team influence skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrix organization and global environment.
