DG Beauty is looking for a Global Business Controller that will be part of the Global Finance Team.

The candidate will work with Regions and HQ functions and will focus on business controlling activities such as budget/forecast by region, channel and axis, product profitability, actuals and reporting, and business analysis.

The candidate will guarantee all required activities to achieve the objectives of the strategic plan or budget, through the governance of all levers (pricing, commercial conditions, channel mix, axis mix, markets mix, cost controlling).

Main responsibilities

• Full ownership of P&L management across all actuals and planning scenarios, with potential extension to balance sheet and cash flow oversight
• Governance in marginality and profitability analysis by region, by line, by channel, by axis
• Manage and lead the process for budget, forecast, monthly review and mid-terms plan, building details and reports;
• Support regional top management with presentations and dashboards on all relevant projects;
• Governance in marginality and profitability analysis by region, by line, by channel, by axis;
• ROI calculation by initiative through economic and financial models;
• Carry out regular business performance analysis and variance analysis;
• Monthly results and monthly closure reporting, quarterly and yearly financial package in collaboration with regions and global finance team

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance
• 5+ years of experience, previous experience in a Fashion / Luxury company is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, SAP and BI tool, ideally PBI and Anaplan
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
